Job Summary:
Hall's Apple Market is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Market Sales & Delivery Driver. This role requires an early riser who enjoys engaging with customers, making deliveries, and ensuring our high-quality products reach customers efficiently. The ideal candidate is physically capable, personable, and sales-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and transport products safely to farmers’ markets and wholesale clients.
- Set up and manage market booth displays to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and actively promote products to drive sales.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
- Maintain proper inventory records and ensure timely restocking.
- Assist with product packing, loading, and unloading (up to 70 lbs).
- Follow all health and safety guidelines during transport and market operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of vehicles and market equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong sales and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Saturday & Sunday, 5:00 AM start).
- Previous experience in sales, delivery, or farmers' markets is a plus.
