Working alongside Argyle Development Group, we manage thoughtfully designed residential properties built with a focus on quality, vibrant communities, and exceptional resident experiences.
As our portfolio continues to grow – including the launch of new residential communities I the Fall – we’re looking for a Leasing & Resident Experience Coordinator to support our leasing and resident experience team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys people, marketing, organization, and real estate, and wants exposure to a growing property management platform.
This position is part-time (approximately 15–20 hours/week) with flexibility based on leasing activity and property launches. Some evening and occasional weekend availability may be required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leasing & Resident Support
- Respond to leasing inquiries from prospective residents
- Schedule and assist with property tours and viewings
- Follow up with prospective residents throughout the leasing process
- Assist with move-in, move-out, and resident communications
- Support leasing activities for new and existing properties
- Help coordinate resident maintenance and service requests with the Property Operations team
- Support ongoing communication and follow-up with residents as needed
- Contribute to creating a positive resident experience across the portfolio
Marketing & Listing Coordination
- Upload and manage listings within our property management software and external rental platforms
- Coordinate and organize unit photography
- Maintain accurate listing information across multiple platforms
- Support leasing campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Assist with social media and marketing-related tasks as needed
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records and leasing documentation
- Assist with vacancy tracking and reporting
- Support general portfolio administration and coordination
- Assist with maintenance tracking and simple follow-up within property management systems
- Provide occasional support with move-ins, resident materials, and day-to-day coordination activities

- Comfortable using technology and learning software platforms
- Experience with marketing, customer service, leasing, or property management is considered an asset
- Comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced and growing environment where processes and responsibilities may evolve
- Enjoys jumping in where needed and working in a growing, team-oriented environment

Additional Requirements
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Valid Saskatchewan driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle required
- Ability to travel between properties throughout Regina as required
- Ability to occasionally work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support leasing activities and resident needs
- Comfortable working independently while representing Argyle professionally in resident and prospect interactions

Position: Part-Time (approximately 15–20+ hours/week with flexibility during peak leasing periods)
Compensation: $24–$28/hour depending on experience
Location: Regina, Saskatchewan
Work Environment: This role includes a combination of office-based work and time spent at our residential communities. Our current properties are located in Regina’s northeast/east end near Acre 21, with occasional travel between sites required.
