This is not your typical retail role.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell — not just assist customers, but guide them, understand their space, and confidently close. Our clients are investing in high-quality, space-optimizing furniture, and they expect a level of service that reflects that.
If you have sales experience and enjoy working with customers in a consultative, design-driven environment, this could be a strong fit.
What the role looks like:
- Working directly with customers in our showroom to understand their needs, space, and lifestyle
- Recommending solutions across Murphy beds, storage beds, sofas, and custom furniture
- Managing conversations from initial inquiry through to closing the sale
- Following up on leads and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Supporting the overall showroom experience and presentation
Schedule:
- Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory
- Plus 1–2 weekdays depending on volume and availability
Compensation:
- Base pay + commission structure
- Strong earning potential for the right person who can sell and follow through
What we’re looking for:
- Proven sales experience (retail, furniture, design, or similar preferred)
- Comfortable speaking with customers and building trust quickly
- Ability to ask the right questions and guide decisions
- Self-motivated — you don’t need to be micromanaged
- Interest in furniture, design, or space optimization is a big plus
