Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
- Food preparation and cooking processes to meet safety and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Implement staff schedules, assign duties, and oversee team management
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent team management and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage financial records
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and the food industry standards
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous cooking experience
