Volunteer Coach – Golshahi Basketball Academy

Description:
Golshahi Basketball Academy is seeking volunteer coaches to assist in basketball training sessions. Volunteers participate of their own free will, receive no compensation, and are not covered by insurance during this period.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive 10 minutes before each training session.
- Notify the Academy at least one day in advance if unable to attend.
- Follow all Academy rules, policies, and coaching guidelines.
- Treat all players, parents, and staff with respect and professionalism.
- Refrain from involvement in matters outside of training.
- Follow the Academy’s planned training methods without modifications.
- Filming of themselves or players is strictly prohibited without prior approval.
- All sessions are recorded for safety and supervision.
Requirements:
- Volunteers must complete the Volunteer Registration Form and attend a 1-hour in-person session for an interview and Academy rules review.
- Maintain confidentiality of all players and their families.
- Report emergencies immediately to the Academy Director and follow instructions.
- Wear the provided Academy volunteer T-shirt and basketball shoes for every session.
