Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet client expectations
- Laundry and linen changing as needed to maintain a fresh environment
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance overall cleanliness and comfort
- Prepare homes for special occasions or regular maintenance visits
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and requirements
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition and report any issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable transportation and the ability to adhere to scheduled appointments
- Excellent communication skills to interact courteously with clients and team members
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
