Job Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Crew Mover to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting with the safe and efficient relocation of goods, equipment, and furniture within various settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in moving operations, warehouse experience, and commercial driving, along with excellent communication skills. Duties
- Safely load, unload, and transport items using appropriate moving techniques and equipment
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery as needed, following safety protocols
- Assist with packing, wrapping, and securing items for transportation
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of moving projects
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address needs or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas before and after moves
- Drive company vehicles for commercial moving assignments, adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction throughout the moving process
Qualifications
- Proven experience in moving or warehouse operations, including heavy lifting and equipment handling
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely
- Experience with commercial driving preferred
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Warehouse experience is highly desirable
- Excellent physical stamina and attention to safety procedures
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a team environment under time-sensitive conditions
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
