Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a <PERSON> aux services. This role involves providing essential support in automotive maintenance and repair, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with dealership or automotive environments, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities
- Assist with automotive repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics under supervision or independently as skills develop
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform mechanical tasks effectively and safely
- Support the team in performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Help with inventory management of parts and tools needed for repairs
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs and repair status
- Support sales efforts by explaining services offered and assisting customers in selecting appropriate maintenance options
- Perform heavy lifting when required to move parts or equipment safely
Skills
- Dealership experience or background in automotive repair highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Experience in sales or ability to explain technical information to customers is a plus
- Ability to work well within a team environment and follow safety protocols at all times
Pay: $16.84-$26.98 per hour
