Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Billing Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met while fostering a positive relationship with our dealership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in billing, administration, book keeping, inventory control, customer service, knowledge of our products, and sales, particularly within the building material industry.
Duties
- Process transactions accurately, including inventory, purchase orders, sales orders, payment, credit check and upselling additional services or products.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding Grandeur Flooring services and products.
- Provide detailed information about services offered, ensuring customers understand their options.
- Collaborate with managers, sales representatives and warehouse team to ensure seamless communication regarding customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and inventory control is essential.
- Proficiency in inventory management and payment processing, with strong attention to detail in handling transactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and perform effectively under pressure.
- Previous experience in a B2B administrative environment is preferred.
- Strong industry knowledge or experience with building materials is considered a valuable asset.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
