We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations at our on-site restaurant and conference centre. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership, and the ability to maintain high standards in food preparation, safety, and presentation.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality and timely service
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance and morale
- Develop and update menus in collaboration with management and the Food & Beverage team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with event and conference teams to deliver exceptional catering experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Proven experience in a kitchen leadership or management role
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations and ensuring food quality standards
- Culinary certification or relevant education is considered an asset
- Hourly Wage: $20.00 – $23.00 (based on experience)
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Incentive: 15% of all service fees generated through food and beverage sales from conferences
- Allowance: $65.00 monthly contribution toward cell phone plan
