About the Position
Jacqueline Laforet Window Cleaning provides residential exterior cleaning services throughout North York and surrounding GTA communities. We are seeking reliable and hardworking team members to join our seasonal field crew for the summer.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying physically active, and being part of a team that takes pride in delivering quality service to homeowners.
No previous experience is required. Successful candidates will receive paid training on equipment operation, safety procedures, ladder use, and service techniques.
Responsibilities
- Complete residential window cleaning and exterior property maintenance services
- Work safely and efficiently at customer properties
- Operate and maintain company equipment according to training standards
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Communicate professionally with customers and crew members
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Assist with daily job-site setup and cleanup
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Available to work full-time throughout the summer season
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Reliable transportation for travel between job locations
Compensation
- Starting wage of $17.60 per hour during initial training
- Performance-based compensation opportunities available following training
- Employees are compensated in accordance with all applicable Ontario employment standards
- Additional earning opportunities may be available based on productivity and performance
- Paid training provided
Schedule
- Seasonal full-time position
- Approximately 35-45 hours per week
- Monday to Saturday scheduling as required
- Daytime hours
- Hours may vary depending on weather conditions and customer scheduling
Training and Safety

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
