Job Title: LED Exterior Lighting Installer
Location: Edmonton, Alberta (Travel throughout Alberta required)
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as LED Exterior Lighting Installers. Our company is based in Edmonton and provides professional permanent LED exterior lighting installations for residential and commercial properties across Alberta.
No experience with our specific product is required—we provide comprehensive training. However, previous installation or construction experience is considered a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Install permanent LED exterior lighting systems on residential and commercial buildings.
- Safely work on ladders and at heights.
- Follow installation procedures and company standards.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Travel to job sites throughout Alberta as required.
- Maintain a professional attitude when working at customer properties.
- Work efficiently while producing high-quality installations.
What We’re Looking For
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and good common sense.
- Able to follow instructions carefully and work independently once trained.
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders for extended periods.
- Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are considered assets.
- Previous experience in installation, construction, roofing, electrical work, siding, window cleaning, or other ladder-based work is preferred.
Training Provided
We invest in our installers by providing:
- Hands-on installation training.
- Product demonstrations and education.
- Ongoing support to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed.
Compensation
This is a piecework (performance-based) position. Installers are paid per foot installed, meaning your earnings are directly tied to your productivity and efficiency. Motivated installers who work quickly while maintaining quality can earn excellent income.
