Job Title: Customer Service Representative
B. Job Summary
Provide high quality customer service through retail, phone, and on-line inquiries while maintaining sound operational practices with inventory, fellow representatives, and work area cleanliness.
C. Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
* Including but not limited to.
· Provide immediate information and service to customer emails, phone calls and over-counter requests.
· Source, supply, and record the requested parts by the customer.
· Gather pricing of parts and create requested quotations.
· Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
· Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
· Analyze and building strategies around inventory and sales techniques.
· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
· Perform hose assemblies to meet specific requirements.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
· Maintains area cleanliness on a regular basis.
· Provides knowledge and technical support to all employees and customers maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
D. Education and Experience
* A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
· 2 years of Sales / Customer Service Experience.

· Basic knowledge in hydraulic fundamentals.
· Willingness to put in extra hours to complete tasks.
· An aptitude for managing customer relations.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (i.e. Word Excel Outlook, etc.)
· Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory software systems for reporting.
F. Certificate, Licenses, and/or Registrations
Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
