This is not a role for someone who relies solely on job postings and inbound applicants. We are looking for a true recruiter — someone who can run their own desk, work with minimal supervision, think creatively, build strong relationships, and consistently deliver results.
The ideal candidate is a hunter: confident with cold calling, proactive sourcing, networking, pipeline development, and closing specialized talent in competitive markets. What You’ll Do:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Manage searches independently with a high level of accountability and ownership
- Source candidates through direct outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and creative recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for regulated and difficult-to-fill professional roles
- Develop relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, educational institutions, industry contacts, and community networks
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for qualifications, fit, and long-term potential
- Manage offers and help close candidates in competitive hiring environments
- Keep searches moving with urgency while delivering strong hiring outcomes

- Ability to run a recruitment desk independently with minimal supervision
- Creative sourcing skills and the ability to build talent pipelines beyond traditional postings
- Strong relationship-building, influencing, and closing skills
- Experience recruiting specialized, licensed, or hard-to-fill talent is strongly preferred
- Highly organized, resilient, driven, and accountable
- Experience within professional services, healthcare, or other specialized recruitment environments is considered an asset
