Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interlock & Hardscaping Installer to join our team for high-quality residential and commercial projects across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Lay interlocking pavers, flagstone, natural stone, and retaining walls according to blueprints and layouts.
- Site Preparation: Excavate, grade, backfill, and compact base materials (gravel, sand, etc.) to ensure proper drainage and structural integrity.
- Cutting & Shaping: Accurately measure, cut, and fit pavers and stones using quick-cut saws, chisels, and grinders.
- Operation: Safely operate equipment such as plate compactors, wheelbarrows, and basic hand tools.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with team members and site supervisors to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in interlock installation and hardscaping.
- Physical Fitness: Capability to handle heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), repetitive bending, and outdoor physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a focus on site safety and cleanliness.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to various job sites across the GTA.
