We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor with strong wastewater and concrete construction background to oversee field operations for our upcoming WWTP project. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing concrete, formwork, engineered formworks and water-retaining structure construction activities on industrial or municipal infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, crews, and suppliers
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret IFC drawings, structural details, and construction documents accurately
- Coordinate directly with General Contractor, consultants, inspectors, and project stakeholders as required
- Able to calculate material take offs, read product datasheets and calculate as per.
- Monitor quality control for concrete placement, formwork installation, reinforcement, and finishing activities
- Assist with scheduling, site logistics, manpower coordination, and progress tracking
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively to maintain project schedule and productivity
- Maintain daily site reports, documentation, and communication records manually and over emails.
- Enforce site safety procedures and ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements
Mandatory Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory experience on wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), water treatment plant (WTP), or similar industrial concrete projects
- Strong knowledge of formwork systems, concrete sequencing, rebar coordination, and concrete finishing
- Experience with water-retaining structures such as tanks, chambers, vaults, pump stations, reservoirs, clarifiers, or process structures
- Ability to read and understand structural and civil drawings independently
- Comfortable communicating professionally with GC, consultants, inspectors, and site management teams
- Strong understanding of concrete construction practices, tolerances, and quality requirements
- Valid G Driver’s License required; own vehicle strongly preferred due to project location and site coordination needs
- Ability to manage crews and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
