Experienced Barista / Café Team Member – Ross Crepe & Cafe
Ross Crepe & Cafe is looking for an experienced Barista to join our fast-paced café, crepe, and ice cream shop.
Please only apply if you have at least 1 year of barista experience.
We are looking for someone who:
- Works fast and efficiently in busy environments
- Has strong customer service skills
- Works well with a team
- Can multitask between coffee, crepes, gelato/ice cream, and customer service
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience with espresso machines and café workflow is required. POS experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages
- Assisting with crepes, gelato, and dessert service
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Restocking and keeping the workspace organized
- Handling orders and payments accurately
