Bare Wax Bar in Kitsilano and Sugarbox in Yaletown are the go-to waxing and sugaring experts in Vancouver and we are looking for a certified, experienced, and enthusiastic Esthetician to join our team! Guest experience is of the utmost importance in our business, so the ideal candidate prides themselves on delivering impeccable guest experiences and has the confidence to perform esthetic services to a high standard. The perfect candidate to fill this role would be extremely dependable, personable, and highly self-motivated.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing a high standard of esthetic services to clients with attention to quality, detail and service, including but not limited to waxing, sugaring, tinting, manicures, pedicures and facials.
- Perform each service to the best of your ability.
- Recommend and sell retail products according to guest needs and requests.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as required.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
- Must hold an esthetics diploma and be certified in waxing, manicures, pedicures, and facial services in order to be considered.
- Be able to perform Brazilian waxing with precision and ease.
- Experience with sugaring is an asset.
- Be an expert in your craft by providing outstanding services and experiences to clients.
- Exemplary customer service skills and a demonstrated willingness to exceed guest expectations.
- Must be reliable, dependable, and self-motivated to excel.
- Must be able to work weekends.
