In a context of sustained growth and in order to provide stronger leadership for our payroll team, we are evolving the former Supervisor role into a new Payroll Director position. This enhanced role will strengthen governance, provide a more strategic vision, and ensure optimal management of payroll operations across the organization.
The Payroll Director will be responsible for leading and supporting a highly engaged and collaborative team, recognized for their strong team spirit. Building on this well‑established dynamic, the successful candidate will help structure processes, optimize tools, and support the company as it continues to grow.
This strategic leadership role is key to ensuring excellence in payroll processing, compliance with legal requirements, consistency in practices, and ongoing improvement of our ways of working, while fostering a motivating and high‑performing work environment.
Salary: starting at $91,027 per year + bonus. Salary will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, and organizational needs.
