Construction Superintendent for our client in
Cold Lake, AB . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction leader to support major capital projects, oversee field operations, and work closely with contractors and project stakeholders in a dynamic industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day field operations for assigned crafts and subcontractors

Support construction planning, execution, and project completion activities
-
Review and provide input on submittals, RFIs, and RFCs
-
Evaluate contractor health and safety plans, traffic control plans, and erosion control measures
-
Verify quantities for payment and support project cost controls
-
Identify construction non-conformance issues and assist in developing corrective solutions
-
Act as the primary company representative at assigned project sites when required
-
Provide construction expertise and technical guidance to project teams
-
Maintain strong working relationships and communication with contractors and stakeholders
-
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
-
Support successful project delivery by monitoring progress, resolving issues, and coordinating field activities
Qualifications and Skills:
-
Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent on major capital projects
-
Strong background in construction planning, field execution, and project completion activities
-
Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and field operations
-
Knowledge of construction materials testing procedures and ASTM standards
-
Strong understanding of construction quality, safety, and compliance requirements

Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
-
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a field environment
-
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-
Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required
-
Experience working in industrial, infrastructure, energy, or large-scale construction environments is preferred
-
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
