About the Role
New Creations Siding and Windows is hiring a Part-Time Project Coordinator to own the end-to-end coordination of our siding and window repair projects. This is a focused, 20-40 hour/week role built for someone who thrives on structure, moves fast without losing accuracy, and knows how to keep crews, clients, and suppliers aligned without constant oversight.
If you're the person who catches the scheduling gap before it becomes a problem, follows up without being asked, and takes pride in clean documentation - this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
· Own project flow from kickoff to completion - scheduling, sequencing, and tracking every active job in the division
· Coordinate across the field - act as the central communication hub between crews, vendors, suppliers, and clients to keep projects on time and on budget
· Track everything that matters - timelines, materials, budgets, work orders, permits, change orders, photos, and job notes
· Spot problems early - identify delays, resource gaps, and quality issues before they escalate and drive them to resolution
· Uphold standards - ensure safety protocols and customer service expectations are met on every job, every time
Experience
2–4 years in project coordination, construction, or trades operations
Software
Proficiency in Jobber or similar field service management tools; Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Communication
Clear, confident written and verbal communication with field crews, clients, and vendors
Organization
Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
Industry Knowledge
Background in siding, windows, or residential construction is a strong asset
Independence
Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote environment with minimal hand-holding
