NJ2S is seeking applications for: Maintenance Technician
Seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the team as required, in support of ongoing small job bookings. The right candidate will be promoted, with advancement and incentive through loyalty, commitment & professionalism.
Must Be:
- Prepared to work physically under a time constraint (repeated handing of variable loads in access of 50 lbs)
- Prepared to work hours as customer demands and needs dictate (including some ‘afterhours‘ in certain circumstance)
- Motivated & Punctual
- Polite & Customer Service Oriented
- In possession of a Valid Drivers License & Clean Abstract
- Willing to submit to Security Screening & Background Check (As Required)
Job Duties Include:
- Painting & Plastering
- Lawncare
- Groundskeeping (sweeping, Ect.)
- Lot Garbage Collection
- Dryer Vent Cleaning
- Hanging and Mounting Services
- Fixture & Faucet Replacement
- Painting & Plastering
- General Labour & Maintenance
