Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting sales order processing, warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, procurement of goods and services, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, timely, and courteous service to internal and external customers.
- Process customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate sales orders with the Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Field Service teams.
- Ensure all order documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company procedures to achieve first-pass accuracy.
- Resolve customer concerns and order discrepancies promptly while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments between company locations within Canada and internationally.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Ensure products are properly stored and handled in accordance with company standards.
- Assist with the procurement of goods and services required to support operations.
- Work closely with Purchasing to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Support inventory control initiatives and continuous process improvements.
- Coordinate operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to meet customer delivery expectations.
- Assist with Non-Conformance Report (NCR) investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, including occasional evenings and weekends, as required.
- Provide guidance and support to coworkers to promote teamwork and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse and customer service environment.
- Ensure the facility, including exterior storage areas, is maintained in a safe, clean, and organized condition.
- Actively participate in workplace inspections, hazard assessments, safety meetings, and incident reporting.
- Follow all company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Promote safe work practices and contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related industrial environment,
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
- Experience operating forklifts and warehouse material handling equipment.
- Experience with inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory management systems is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, reliability, and accountability.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
