Our Company is currently looking for a Jr. Recruiter/Account Manager to join our team. While our head office is in Toronto, ON, this is a work-from-home position, offering you the flexibility to operate remotely from your own residence.
The perfect candidate possesses strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, above-average math abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned openings—from crafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting screenings. You'll also be expected to engage with clients to understand their staffing requirements and relay those needs to our recruitment team.
Our office is located in Toronto, ON, but this is a fully remote role. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. If you reside outside of the Eastern Time Zone, we would ask that you accommodate this schedule.
