Overview
We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining rental properties to ensure guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality setting. Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
Saturdays from 10am to 4pm (two cleaners)
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
- Change linens, wash laundry, and restock supplies to ensure each property is guest-ready
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and surface disinfecting
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within designated schedules
- Communicate effectively with property owners and guests regarding cleaning needs or issues
- Maintain organizational systems for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel
- Follow safety protocols and health guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple properties efficiently
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
