Job Purpose Summary
The successful candidate for the role of
Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting will take ownership of statutory reporting and audit compliance across Corza Medical's Luxembourg and UK corporate holding entities, while supporting the group consolidated audit and treasury related processes.
This is a role for a technically strong accountant who takes genuine pride in delivering clean, audit-ready work. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our external auditors and statutory financial statement preparers across the holding entities and will bring the rigor and ownership mindset needed to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional statutory requirements to a high standard.
What you will do
- Manages day-to-day audit and statutory reporting requests for the Luxembourg and UK corporate holding entities, including preparation of PBC schedules, coordination of supporting documentation, review of outsourced statutory financial statements, and timely responses to external auditor queries throughout the statutory reporting cycle.

Supports the annual consolidated global audit by engaging with local finance teams to ensure PBC submissions are complete and of high quality, coordinating responses to auditor queries, and assisting with the preparation of the US GAAP consolidated annual financial statements.

Oversees the 13-week rolling cash forecast process and bank reconciliation review, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and flagging material variances for management attention.

Ensures consistent application of Corza policies and procedures within remit and identifies opportunities for process improvements in statutory reporting and audit workflows.

Performs other appropriate duties upon request by the team or management.
What you will need
- Designated accountant (or working towards) with minimum 2–3 years' experience in accounting, with demonstrable experience in statutory and external audit; public practice experience is a significant asset.

Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional holding company structures; experience with Luxembourg or UK holding entities is an advantage.

Experience working in or with a multinational, multi-currency business preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Ability to learn new systems and data solutions.

Strong verbal and written communicator, comfortable engaging with external auditors and cross-functional finance teams.

Critical thinking and the ability to manage complex, deadline-driven workstreams with a high degree of accuracy and ownership.
