Acheson Truck & Trailer a division of Landtran Systems Inc is a long-haul transportation company that has a fast-growing fleet of semi-trucks and trailers.
We are looking for a Experienced Journeyperson with 5 years of Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our fast-growing team. Ensuring all Trucks and Trailers are in good standing condition.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preventative maintenance and servicing
- Check trailers for proper performance and inspect trailers to detect faults
- Trouble shooting systems– example hydraulic, electrical & mechanical and determine faults and extent of repair
- Major overhauls on equipment as required
- Test and Repair for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturer specifications, and other duties as required
Benefits:
- $200 Boot Allowance after 3 months and yearly after that
- Monday to Friday from 8 am – 4:30 pm

- Rate is $42 - $50 depending on experience

Qualifications:
- Journeyperson with Red Seal being an asset
- Class 1 license is an asset
- CVIP License both Truck and Trailer
- Physically capable and hard worker
- 5 years of Truck and Trailer experience
- Major engine overhaul experience and asset
