Abra 3 Consulting is seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in business development, sales, account management, client services, consulting or other customer-facing environments.
We work within the personal development and digital education sector, connecting individuals with established programs and resources focused on leadership, professional development, and personal growth.
This remote opportunity is designed for experienced professionals who enjoy connecting with people, developing new relationships, and helping individuals explore solutions aligned with their goals. You’ll have access to established systems, training, and mentorship while maintaining the flexibility to organize your own schedule.
This is a self-employed, independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll engage with prospective clients interested in personal and professional development programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Conducting scheduled phone and Zoom conversations with prospective clients
· Managing your activities and follow-up through established digital tools and systems
· Building relationships and identifying individual interests, objectives, and needs
· Following up with prospective clients throughout the information and decision-making process
· Introducing qualified individuals to relevant programs and resources
The role combines business development, consultative conversations, and relationship building. You’ll focus on connecting with prospective clients, understanding their goals, providing relevant information, and helping them determine whether available programs are appropriate for them.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for experienced professionals who:
· Have 10+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, account management, client services, consulting, marketing, relationship management, or another client-facing environment
· Have an interest in personal development, leadership, and continued learning
· Are self-motivated and comfortable working toward individual results
· Have strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
· Are comfortable managing their own schedule and working independently
Specific experience in personal development or digital education is not required. Training and mentorship are provided.
How You’ll Work
This is a fully remote opportunity with flexibility in how you organize your work.
You’ll manage your own workflow, schedule conversations, complete follow-up activities, and participate in ongoing training and development. A commitment of approximately 10–15 hours per week is recommended for individuals beginning on a part-time basis.
You’ll work independently while having access to established resources, digital tools, communication frameworks, and ongoing professional support.

Compensation
This is a 100% performance-based, commission-only opportunity under a self-employed, independent contractor structure.
Compensation is based on individual results within an established compensation plan. There is no fixed salary or hourly wage.
