Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and reliable Taxi Driver to provide safe, efficient, and courteous transportation services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. This role offers the opportunity to serve the community while maintaining a flexible schedule and working independently.
Duties
- Operating a company-provided taxi during day and/or evening hours
- Picking up and dropping off passengers as requested
- Following all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Maintaining a clean and presentable vehicle
- Collecting fares and providing receipts
- Delivering outstanding customer service with every trip
- Reporting any issues, incidents, or concerns promptly
- Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation to passengers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license (required)
- Vulnerable Sector Check (required if hired)
- Clean driving record with minimum current of 5 years of insured driving experience in Canada
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional and responsible attitude
- Previous taxi driving is an asset, but not required
