Timbertrain Coffee Roasters is hiring!
We’re a specialty coffee roaster and cafe dedicated to providing an outstanding coffee experience. We’re looking for skilled, passionate baristas to join our team at our downtown locations. If you love coffee, have great customer service skills, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit for you.
Our shifts can start as early as 6:30 AM, and you would finish work no later than 5 PM. Please apply if your schedule aligns with this time!

Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Coffee Preparation & Quality Control: Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages and pour-over coffees
Knowledge of Products: Stay informed about Timbertrain's coffee line up, including origin, flavour profiles, and brewing methods, to educate and assist customers.
Adherence to Health and Safety Standards: Follow health and safety guidelines, including food safety and hygiene protocols, to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about specialty coffee
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible
