Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate account reconciliation, and supporting various accounting functions using leading software tools. Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and Accounting for bookkeeping and financial management.
- Conduct auditing procedures to verify financial records and compliance standards.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies, trends, or potential issues.
- Assist in budgeting processes and financial planning activities.
- Prepare detailed account analysis reports for management review.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure data integrity across all systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation processes.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, auditing, and financial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll management and account analysis techniques.
- Ability to perform budgeting tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
