Holyrood OrangeStore is looking for a dependable, motivated Keyholder to become part of our leadership team.

As a Keyholder, you'll play an important role in the daily operation of the store. You'll be trusted to help lead shifts, support your teammates, deliver outstanding customer service, and help ensure the store operates smoothly whether opening, closing, or assisting throughout the day.

What you'll do
- Open and close the store independently.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Support and guide team members during your shift.
- Maintain merchandising and inventory standards.
- Prepare and serve food products while following food safety standards.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Balance cash, complete shift paperwork, and follow company procedures.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and maintaining inventory.
- Help create a positive, team-focused work environment.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is dependable and takes responsibility seriously.
- Has strong customer service skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Can prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Is comfortable making decisions and solving problems.
- Has previous retail, convenience store, or food service experience (an asset, but not required).
- Is comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Can work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Is 19 years of age or older due to liquor and regulated product sales.
