About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and hands-on Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate is someone determined to provide excellent customer service and support, who thrives in a fast paced, multi-faceted role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively handles inquiries from dealers, contractors, and end-users
- Recommends applicable solutions for customer's application
- Provides quotations and other requested information on equipment and parts
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Engineers and Logistics
- Enter sales orders into the ERP system
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1-2 years' of proven success in an Inside Sales, or similar capacity
- Manufacturing industry experience considered a strong asset
- Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Team-oriented with a positive, proactive approach to daily responsibilities
- Proficiency in French or Spanish isn’t required but would be desirable.
