Job Summary:
MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEARS Experience in garden care!
We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for various landscapes and gardens. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of plants proper time to trim. You must be physically capable to lift +- 30 lbs . Work in all outdoor conditions heat and the cold.
* We do NOT cut grass.
* Driving a small pick up truck is a Must.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, and weeding
- Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their shape and health
- Plant flowers, trees, and other plants according to design plans
- Maintain garden equipment and tools in good working condition
- Monitor plant health and identify any diseases or pests
- Provide guidance and support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening preferred
- Knowledge of power tools used in landscaping such as trimmers, and blowers
- Familiarity with hand tools used for gardening tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
