We're currently seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator for our busy office. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in both customer service and administration, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining a variety of documents and reports to assist the business in various aspects of its operation. We're seeking someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys taking on new challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Input and retrieve data using computer software.
- Maintain, organize, and file documents or records.
- Assist with planning and scheduling office activities and meetings.
- Answer phones, direct calls, take messages, etc.
- Organize tasks for others; oversee and train other employees as necessary; perform administrative tasks that fall within the scope of job requirements as outlined in the job description.
