Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and financial operations within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth office functions. Duties
- Manage and maintain accounting records using software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Handle bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts for management review
- Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure data integrity
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies management
- Coordinate with external vendors or auditors as needed to support financial audits or reporting
Qualifications
- Proven experience with QuickBooks
- Strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll management
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation processes
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial forecasting
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for liaising with team members and external partners
- Prior experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
