Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Material Coordinator to join our supply chain and logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing materials flow, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring efficient inventory management across warehouse and distribution operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives within a dynamic environment that emphasizes supply chain excellence, data analysis, and system integration.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all material-related coordination
Manage ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials on site
Track inventory levels and maintain accurate material and turnover records
Coordinate with site management to forecast material needs and delivery schedules
Oversee receiving and warehousing procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
Liaise with local vendors or central warehouses to source materials as required
Qualifications:
Minimum requirements
Mechanical & Structural background in knowledge
Experience in material coordination, logistics, or site administration (construction or field environment preferred)
Strong organizational and inventory management skills
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Effective communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based environment
