Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as towels and toiletries.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned efficiently.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to uphold health standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service excellence.
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks effectively and safely.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
