Job Description:
This role is responsible for the transportation and comfort of guests and staff on our 24 seat shuttles from Lake Louise Ski Resort & Summer Gondola on our Lake Tours. Ensuring all guests are counted onto the bus and have a safe seat for their journey as well as providing information about the shuttle schedule and return times.
As a driver you will be also be required to complete daily records, ensure that the LLSR vehicles are in good working condition and apply defensive driving techniques to uphold the safety of all passengers.
The successful candidate will have proven customer service experience and understand the importance of providing an exceptional guest experience whilst travelling to and from the resort.
Job Responsibilities:

Safe operations of company vehicles adhering to the transportation policy

Must be able to efficiently answer guest questions regarding weather, resort facilities and provide excellent customer service.

To assist in organizing bus numbers, check tickets and help guests requiring assistance to board the bus.

Bus Hosts will also assist with ensuring the first in line get priority at the return bus stop (located at Moraine lake) throughout the day.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Clean Class 4 AB driver’s license or equivalent, with a clean driver abstract

Minimum 3 years claims free insurance history (no claims letter required)

4 days on / 3 days off
