Job Title: Cloud Financial Operations Engineer

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Cloud Financial Operations Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will support cloud financial governance, reporting, and operational cost management activities.
Responsibilities
- Support cloud financial operations across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
- Monitor cloud spending for banking systems, citizen services applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom environments.
- Develop financial reporting, forecasting, and cloud budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with finance, engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
- Support telecom customer platforms, network services, and 5G initiatives.
- Implement cloud governance and cost management controls.
- Produce cloud cost analytics and utilization reports.
- Support chargeback and showback programs.
- Ensure compliance with governance, financial, and operational standards.
- Drive operational excellence and cloud financial accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Cloud Financial Operations Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
- Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, or telecom platforms.
- Experience with cloud financial operations and reporting.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cloud cost governance.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and security requirements.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- FinOps certifications preferred.
