We are looking for a Boutique Skincare Associate to join our team full-time — someone who is confident with clients, naturally proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in skincare, client care, product knowledge, floor presence, merchandising, daily operations, and sales support. There is real opportunity for growth for the right person.
We are looking for someone who wants to learn deeply, build trust with clients, take initiative, and grow into more responsibility over time.
The role
You will be at the heart of the client experience, welcoming, guiding, and supporting every person who walks through our doors or connects with us online.
This role requires someone who enjoys being on the floor, is comfortable engaging with clients, and does not wait to be told what to do. We are looking for someone who can see what needs to be done and take action with care, maturity, and consistency.
What you’ll do
- Deliver an elevated client experience
- Greet every client with confidence and warmth
- Listen carefully to client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations
- Create an experience that feels attentive, knowledgeable, and aligned with the Loshen & Crem standard
- Support clients in discovering products and services that are truly suited to their needs
Support retail performance
- Actively engage with clients on the floor
- Support product recommendations and contribute to daily sales goals
- Build strong awareness of our products, brands, services, and client needs
- Continue learning so you can guide clients with confidence and accuracy
- Help create a boutique environment where education and sales feel natural, respectful, and client-centered
Maintain boutique standards
- Ensure the boutique is consistently clean, organized, and well-presented throughout the day
- Support merchandising, restocking, testers, displays, and general floor readiness
- Take pride in the small details that shape the client experience
- Help maintain a polished and welcoming environment at all times
Support client communication
- Respond to phone calls, and social media inquiries with clarity and professionalism
- Support clients with product questions, service inquiries, orders, and general boutique information
- Know when to support a client directly and when to escalate to the appropriate team member
Be present and proactive
- Stay engaged with clients, the team, and the boutique environment throughout the day
- Step in where needed without waiting to be directed
- Take ownership of daily responsibilities and show readiness for more over time
- Support the team during launches, promotions, events, and busy boutique moments
What you bring
- Strong customer service experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or a similar environment
- Confidence communicating with clients
- A warm, professional, and polished presence
- A proactive mindset and strong sense of initiative
- An interest in skincare and a willingness to learn deeply
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort working in a busy environment with high standards
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Availability to work full-time, including some evenings and weekends as needed

Schedule
This is a full-time position.
Availability may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends depending on boutique needs, events, promotions, and team scheduling.
Compensation
Hourly rate aligned with experience and industry standards.
