Must be able to work independently and communicate with internal and external stakeholders/customers in a manner that promotes positive and respectful relationships
Class 1 Truck Driver
Job Details:
· Full Time Monday to Friday
· Local truck driving
- Nanaimo and delivering in surrounding areas
Job Responsibilities & Description
· Perform all daily truck driving duties
- Maintain and update all driving with dispatch coordination.
Job Requirements:
· Certified Class 1
· Minimum 2 years professional truck driving experience
· Minimum 2 years delivery experience of goods/materials
· Knowledge of Nanaimo and surrounding areas with transportation rules & regulations
· Ability to provide a driving claims history and an accident report history
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Team player, ability to recognize how individual actions affect a team as a whole
· Must have good verbal and communication skills
· Good organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task
