Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services primarily, but not limited to residential settings. Candidates must ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management, detail orientation, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface sanitization, and washroom scrubbing
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols for specific cases such as handling grout cleaning, grime, mold and mildew
- Handle laundry tasks such folding and organizing clothing and linens, and making beds
- Manage household chores efficiently in a timely manner
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal workflow
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients during visits
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Candidate with a driver's licence and own vehicle is preferred but not required. Mileage and parking fees will be compensated accordingly.
- Ensure all work areas are safe, clean, and free of hazards before leaving the premises
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple appointments
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality cleaning services consistently and reliably
