The Smokin’ Barrel Bar & Grill – 23 W Front St. Stirling, ON
The Smokin’ Barrel Bar & Grill is looking for a strong, experienced bartender/server who can confidently run their shift and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We’re growing a high-energy team that works hard and has fun doing it.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can work independently, move with urgency, and take full ownership of their section and the bar.
Responsibilities:
- Running the bar and serving section independently. Each person makes their own cocktails for all their own tables
- Delivering fast, friendly, high-quality service
- Managing multiple tables while maintaining strong drink times
- Upselling food and beverages
- Handling POS and cash accurately
- Maintaining a clean, organized bar and service area
- Supporting teammates during busy rushes
- Creating a guest experience that keeps customers coming back
The Right Candidate Is:
- Experienced (minimum 2+ years bartending/serving in a busy environment)
- Calm under pressure
- Organized and efficient
- Professional in appearance and attitude
- Comfortable multitasking
- A self-starter who sees what needs to be done and handles it immediately
Weekend and evening availability is required.
We offer $18/hour plus tips in a busy, established local restaurant with strong community support.
