Responsibilities-
Work on a high-volume assembly and production line to complete medical device production orders in collaboration with a team.
-
Rotate through approximately 13 assembly stations and learn each station’s tasks over a 2–3 month training period.
-
Follow written English work instructions to assemble units using small hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.
-
Handle small parts and components with precision, ensuring assemblies meet quality and inspection standards.
-
Maintain a steady, efficient work pace to prevent bottlenecks and keep the continuous production line running smoothly.
-
Work at an assigned station alongside team members and independently when required.
-
Perform cleanroom tasks on a rotating schedule, including labeling product, sealing packaging pouches, and other related activities.
-
Stand for the entire shift during cleanroom assignments while performing detailed, repetitive tasks.
-
Use basic computer skills to follow instructions, record information, and support production and quality processes as needed.
-
Lift and move items up to 30 lbs (not repetitively) in support of assembly and packaging tasks.
-
Follow all production floor rules, including no eating or drinking and no phones, videos, or pictures on the line.
-
Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols, including required dress, removal of jewelry, and restrictions on cosmetics and personal care products.
-
Support a culture of pride in product quality by maintaining high attention to detail and following all procedures and safety guidelines.
Essential Skills-
At least 1 year of recent experience in a similar production or assembly environment performing comparable tasks.
-
Experience assembling similar products using small basic hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.
-
Ability to work with small pieces and parts during assembly with high accuracy and attention to detail.
-
Ability to stand for the entire shift, including extended periods in the cleanroom.
-
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (not repetitively) as part of production and packaging tasks.
-
Basic computer skills, with the ability to use systems as needed; proficiency may be assessed during screening.
-
Good English communication skills, both verbal and reading, with the ability to follow written instructions; language skills may be tested.
-
Comfort working in a cleanroom environment and willingness to comply fully with all cleanroom protocols.
-
Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality standards on a fast-paced, continuous production line.
-

Why Work Here?
You will join a clean, well-organized facility with a friendly and hardworking team that takes pride in building high-quality products. The workplace offers a supportive culture that embraces diverse backgrounds and values focus, reliability, and collaboration. There are regular opportunities for overtime and strong potential for long-term, permanent employment for high-performing individuals, especially as expanded production lines create ongoing demand and growth opportunities.
Work Environment
This is a first-shift, Monday–Friday role with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM on a busy production floor of about 60 team members. The environment is clean and structured, with a very diverse workforce and a strong team culture focused on quality and productivity. You will work both on the main production line and, on a rotating basis, in a cleanroom where you will stand for the full shift and perform detailed tasks such as labeling and packaging. Casual dress is appropriate on the production floor, but strict cleanroom protocols apply: cosmetics such as makeup, mascara, eyeliner, hair products, aftershaves, perfumes, fingernail polish, and artificial nails are not permitted; all jewelry including earrings, rings, bracelets, and watches must be removed. Because cleanroom assignments can occur at any time, these restrictions apply throughout the shift. Skin conditions or infections must be discussed in advance due to cleanroom requirements. Eating and drinking are not allowed on the production line, and phones, videos, and pictures are prohibited in production areas to maintain safety, confidentiality, and focus.
