Overview
Soontiraratn Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will help collect, organize, and interpret business data to support informed decision-making across our organization. You will work closely with different departments to prepare reports, identify trends, and contribute to improving operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain business data from various internal sources.
- Review datasets for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Prepare regular reports, summaries, and data visualizations to support business operations.
- Analyze trends and identify patterns that help improve business performance.
- Assist with maintaining databases and updating company records.
- Collaborate with team members to understand reporting requirements and provide analytical support.
- Create spreadsheets, charts, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Support process improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights.
- Ensure confidential business information is handled securely and accurately.
- Perform other analytical and administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, charts, and data organization.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team environment.
- Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or administrative support is considered an asset.
