What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and create a positive first impression
- Communicate with clients regarding vehicle concerns, inspections, and repair recommendations
- Coordinate workflow between technicians and clients
- Create detailed and accurate estimates from Technician findings
- Provide clear and easy-to-understand explanations of services and repairs
- Schedule appointments and manage vehicle timelines
- Help clients make informed decisions about their vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Handle invoicing and payment transactions
- Maintain strong communication throughout the repair process
- Contribute to a professional, organized, and team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence speaking with clients in person and over the phone
- Customer service experience is required
- Automotive industry experience is an asset, but not mandatory
- Mechanical knowledge is helpful, but we can train the right person
- Someone who genuinely cares about creating an outstanding client experience

Pay: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour + Bonus Structure, Dental/Health Benefits and Health Care Spending Account
