We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to support the assembly of precision electronic instruments and systems.
Job Type

- On-site (Prescott, ON)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform soldering (through-hole and surface mount as applicable) to IPC standards
- Assemble electronic sub-assemblies and finished products according to drawings, work instructions, and procedures
- Install components such as PCBs, wiring harnesses, connectors, and mechanical hardware
- Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation
- Inspect assemblies for workmanship, accuracy, and quality
- Identify and report assembly issues, defects, or documentation discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work area
- Work closely with production, test, and quality teams to meet build schedules
Required Qualifications
- Experience in electronics assembly or a related manufacturing environment
- Ability to read assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials
- Basic soldering skills and good manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures accurately
Preferred Qualifications
- Electronics diploma, certificate, or relevant technical training
- IPC soldering certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with precision or low-noise electronic instruments
- Familiarity with ESD handling requirements
