Plan, schedule, and coordinate all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities

Sustain and improve the Preventative Maintenance Program and Predictive Maintenance Program

Lead weekly scheduling meetings with operations and maintenance supervisors to align plant priorities

Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System to track work orders, asset history, and spare parts inventory

Maintain Asset Hierarchy and managing information set up of new Capital Assets

Direct the area of responsibility to achieve the highest standards in all aspects, including safety, employee relations, production, cost, and effective utilization of the resources available

Oversee external contractors, audit vendor workmanship, and ensure strict compliance with facility safety protocols

Providing relief supervision as required

Must have 3+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.

Must have Journeyperson certificate, technical designation, or Engineering degree in the Mechanical, Welding or Piping disciplines from a recognized institution.

Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling and asset management

Experienced in driving adoption of new safety behaviors, digital workflows, documentation standards, and digital workflow processes

Proven ability to unite diverse teams (Technicians, Engineers, Operations) toward shared operational goals

Superior interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
-
Motivated individual with the ability to handle a large and varied workload, prioritizing work tasks with minimal supervision

Comfortable using mobile apps, desktop systems, cloud tools, and Microsoft Office software

Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment as well as independently

Experience with Oracle or other Maintenance Management systems would be considered and asset
