Junior Marketing Coordinator
Who we are
We’re a Kelowna based Third Party Administrator/Payor (TPA/TPP) improving the health benefits experience for employers, insurers and, well, everybody! Our team leverages digital-focused strategies to provide members with fast, easy and thoughtful benefits experiences. To put it simply, we provide group benefits plans, but we’re a technology company first. Our team embraces autonomy, complexity and a connection between effort and reward as three qualities that foster a truly satisfying career and strive to separate ourselves from the corporate herd.

You are comfortable writing and editing blogs, social media posts, website content, presentations, and other marketing materials while maintaining a consistent brand voice. You can manage multiple content deadlines, keep calendars and marketing assets organized, and pay close attention to accuracy and detail. You are interested in digital marketing, social media, SEO, research, and content performance, and you enjoy finding ways to improve engagement. You work well with others, take initiative, and are willing to support a variety of marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and internal communication projects.
What you’ll do

Assist with website content updates, perform routine website content audits, identify opportunities to refresh outdated content, and support SEO best practices through content optimization.
-
Support the maintenance and updating of marketing materials using established brand templates and brand guidelines.

-
Support the development of customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials by collaborating with internal teams, advisors, and administrators.
-
Monitor and respond to online reviews while supporting review generation initiatives to encourage customer feedback and strengthen Simply Benefits' online reputation.
-
Assist with the planning, coordination, and promotion of webinars and events by preparing marketing materials, presentation assets, promotional content, signage, tent cards, and other event collateral.
-
Support internal communications by assisting with the creation and formatting of presentation slides, bulletin board content, and other internal communication materials.
